WHAT IS

Bugbits is an interactive system designed to be used in museums, which guides partecipants into an interactive “hunting trip”, offering an active and fun comparison with artwork.
Bugbits is able to recognize the colors on which it is laid and react with lights and sounds, depending on the color chosen. The system is modular and programmable, adaptable to many changes and different contexts.

DEVELOPMENT

Bugbits is a project developed by StudioBliquo, in collaboration with Andrea Conci of the University of Trento. It has been experimented during a series of workshops at the MART – Modern and Contemporary Art Museum of Trento and Rovereto, where more than 250 people – students and teachers – have been able to experience its construction, customization and use in the museum.
